Balances

The Balances page provides an overview of your clinic’s billing performance for the current month, as well as billing history from previous months. You can track billable unit progress by CPT code, review estimated reimbursement amounts, as well as downloading monthly billing spreadsheets.

Under PhyxUp Health’s Fully Managed RTM Service, all billing claim submissions are handled by the PhyxUp Health billing team. Toward the end of each month, log in to the platform to review and sign the billing spreadsheet using the E-signature feature at the top of the page.

CPT Codes

PhyxUp Health’s RTM service supports billing across six CPT codes. Each code corresponds to a specific component of RTM setup, device supply, or monitoring time.

98975 – Initial setup and patient education (2026 reimbursement rate: $19)

98985 – Device supply for short-duration service (2026 reimbursement rate: $40)

98977 – Device supply (2026 reimbursement rate: $55)

98979 – Patient monitoring for short-duration service (2026 reimbursement rate: $26)

98980 – First 20 minutes of patient monitoring (2026 reimbursement rate: $50)

98981 – Additional 20 minutes of patient monitoring (2026 reimbursement rate: $40)
